Shipping Areas and Rates

We offer worldwide shipping to 108 countries. You can check the availability of your country at the checkout page.

Shipping Information

For all international deliveries, please allow approximately 1 to 2 weeks for the shipment to arrive. For shipments outside Japan, we use Japan Post EMS. Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and order weight.

Please note that we cannot provide refunds, cancellations, or re-shipments if the product does not reach you due to issues during transit or customs closures, or if there are significant shipping delays.

Import regulations are beyond our control, and there may be import fees or taxes applied by the customs of the destination country. Please be aware that TRUNK COFFEE JAPAN does not take responsibility for paying any import fees under any circumstances.

Delivery to your specified address depends on the standard delivery times of the courier in the destination country and the customs clearance process, if applicable. Accordingly, TRUNK COFFEE JAPAN cannot guarantee country-specific delivery lead times, nor can we take responsibility for delays once the courier has picked up the package.

Products purchased on this website will be shipped to the address specified in the "Shipping Information" section at checkout. TRUNK COFFEE JAPAN is not responsible for unforeseen delays or delays beyond our control.
