Taste Notes
Cranberry, Raspberry, Pomegranate, Hibiscus, Rose Tea, Passion Fruit
Sangria Washed Process
This infused coffee is created using red fruit juice and a small amount of liqueur, followed by 190 hours of fermentation with lactic acid bacteria and yeast. The result is a cup with a sweet, lingering finish, reminiscent of red grapes, apples, blood oranges, caramel, and tropical fruits.
Roaster Comment
From the moment you open the bag, grind, and brew the beans, you’ll be greeted by a vibrant aroma of red fruits—sweet and tart notes reminiscent of cranberry and other berries filling the air. In the cup, it reveals bright, sweet-tart flavors of cranberry and raspberry, along with the floral elegance of rose tea and hibiscus. The finish lingers with juicy impressions of pomegranate and passion fruit, leaving a refreshing, fruity aftertaste.
