Tropical Washed Process
This cutting-edge method involves fermenting coffee cherries with an exotic blend of pineapple, passion fruit, orange, mango, sugarcane, and select microorganisms. The result? A coffee that bursts with fruit punch-like aromas and flavors, delivering a sensory experience that truly stands out.

Passion Fruit Washed Process
A unique infusion process that combines passion fruit, pineapple, orange, mango, sugarcane-derived brown sugar, and a custom blend of microorganisms to enhance fermentation.

Mango Washed Process
This process uses a unique fermentation method: 80 liters of mango juice infused into 200-liter fermentation tanks. Paired with panela, sugar, and microorganisms to harmonize the coffee's pH and Brix levels. A slow, 190-hour fermentation ensures a delicate balance, highlighting mango’s natural sweetness while preserving the coffee’s inherent characteristics.
