About This Coffee
Nestled at 1,900m in the fertile volcanic soils of Shakiso, the Anasora Washing Station is renowned for producing Grade 1 quality coffees. During harvest, over 300 smallholder farmers bring carefully selected cherries, which undergo meticulous sorting.

In the unique anaerobic slow-dry process, cherries are fermented in temperature-controlled sealed bags and slowly dried on African beds for 2–3 weeks. This method highlights the exotic and vibrant characteristics that Guji coffees are celebrated for.

The region’s rich volcanic soil, diverse microclimates, and dramatic day-night temperature variations create the ideal conditions for cherries to mature slowly, resulting in an exceptionally flavorful and unique coffee.

Savor the bold and exotic flavors of this Guji masterpiece – a true testament to Ethiopia’s unparalleled coffee heritage.
