TRUNK CEREMONY MATCHA
TRUNK CEREMONY MATCHA
Origin - Nishio 西尾
Our matcha is sourced from Nishio in Aichi Prefecture, one of Japan’s most esteemed matcha-producing regions with a tea-growing history that dates back over 800 years. Blessed with fertile soil, clean water, and a temperate climate, Nishio is known for producing matcha of exceptional quality and vivid green color.
Renowned for its rich umami and smooth, naturally sweet flavor, Nishio matcha is still crafted using traditional 石臼挽き (ishiusu-biki) stone-grinding methods, preserving both taste and aroma. It’s a true expression of Japan’s tea heritage—伝統と誇りの一杯 (dentō to hokori no ippai)—a cup filled with tradition and pride.
Organic Matcha
Our matcha is JAS-certified organic, grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Carefully cultivated with respect for the environment and traditional farming methods, this ensures a pure, clean cup—just as nature intended.
Geisha & Sakura
Both are organic ceremonial grade matcha pack with nutrients so it’s tasty and good for your health. Geisha is the No.1 rank, Sakura is second. We recommend Geisha for drinking pure matcha and Sakura for making matcha latte.

What is Ceremonial Grade Matcha?
Smooth, naturally sweet, and rich in umami—this is matcha at its purest. Made from young, shade-grown leaves and stone-ground to a vibrant green powder, it stands apart from typical bitter matcha on the market.
Matcha is made by stone-grinding carefully selected, high-quality tea leaves (tencha) from the first harvest. Because the whole leaf is consumed, matcha allows you to absorb all of its natural nutrients—especially antioxidants like EGCG, calming L-theanine, and essential vitamins and minerals. It offers focused energy, supports metabolism, and promotes a sense of calm and clarity.
With its deep umami flavor and high nutritional value, ceremonial matcha is traditionally prepared as a drink, but also enjoyed in sweets, beverages, sauces, and more. Purely delicious—for body, mind, and craft. From leaf to heart.
